Member ID cards have a new look
Beginning in July 2005, WellChoice began unveiling member identification (ID) cards that have a whole new look and feel. They are easier to read, with clear "at-a-glance" details for information such as co-pays and deductibles.
How the cards will be provided to you
Please note that you may continue to use the current card. The new card is gradually being issued to current members who need a new card due to a change in benefits or family status (such as marriage or birth).
